Privacy policy for the Artistwing waitlist

Controller
Victoriny AB is the controller. Artistwing is a service from Victoriny AB. Contact: music@zebastianvictorin.com.
What we store
- Your email address.
- What you choose to tell us in the form: whether you are an artist, manager, label or other, how many songs you have released, your genre and your distributor.
- The language you signed up in and which of the page's two headlines you saw. We are testing which headline describes the service best.
- The consent text you agreed to and the time you signed up.
We do not store your IP address or browser details with your signup. The page uses no cookies and no tracking.
Why we store it and on what basis
We use the data to run the waitlist, invite you to the beta, send news about Artistwing and understand who is interested in the service. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. If you do not, we delete the data no later than 24 months after you signed up, unless you have become a customer.
Who has access
Only Victoriny AB reads the signups. We use the following providers as processors:

Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing and receive it in a machine-readable format. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
Changes
We will update this policy if the processing changes. The latest version is always on this page, dated at the top.
