Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-25 · Legal
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone in a workspace.
You may not use Artistwing to:
- upload, publish or pitch content that you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- impersonate another artist, person or company, clone voices, create false endorsements, or mislead people about who is behind content or outreach;
- buy streams or paid playlist placements, guarantee stream counts or placements, use bots or incentives to manipulate engagement or charts, or instruct an agent or partner to do so. Clearly disclosed, legitimate advertising that does not buy streams or placements is allowed;
- send marketing without a lawful basis for the recipient, disregard an opt-out, use purchased or scraped fan lists, or get around submission rules, authentication or platform limits;
- leave out a commercial-content or sponsorship disclosure required by law or platform rules;
- use content obtained from Spotify as input to AI or machine learning, for prohibited analytics, or as the audio in promotional videos; use your own licensed masters instead, and keep required attribution and links;
- publish content that is illegal, or that harasses, threatens or incites hatred against anyone, or sexual content involving minors;
- try to reach other workspaces, test the service's security without our written permission, overload it, or get around its usage limits;
- resell, sublicense or offer Artistwing to others outside your own workspace without a separate agreement;
- collect personal data through the service without a legal basis.
Reporting illegal content, and our contact point
Our contact point for authorities and users is music@zebastianvictorin.com, in Swedish or English. You will reach a person, not only automated tools. To report content stored in Artistwing that you believe is illegal, email us with: an explanation of why it is illegal, the exact URL or other precise location, your name and email address (unless the Digital Services Act allows you to stay anonymous), and a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt and handle precise reports diligently, objectively and without arbitrariness, and tell the reporter our decision and the available ways to seek redress. Where required, the affected user gets our reasons, including the facts and legal or contractual basis, the scope and duration of any restriction, whether automation was used and how to seek redress, unless the law prohibits telling them. You can ask for a human review at the same address. We may restrict illegal content or breaches of this policy proportionately, and report suspected serious crimes as the law requires. We do not monitor all stored content in general.
What happens on a breach
We may remove content, stop a publication or outreach, or restrict a workspace, as described in section 15 of the Terms of Service.
