Beta Agreement

Version 2026-10-25 · Legal

This Beta Agreement applies to artists and their teams who are invited by Victoriny AB to test Artistwing free of charge before it is generally available. The Terms of Service also apply, including section 5 on your rights to your content and section 6 on approval. Where this agreement differs, it takes precedence during the beta.

1. Free of charge, with fixed limits

The beta is free, requires no payment card and never converts automatically to a paid plan. Victoriny pays the beta costs within these limits per workspace and month: AI image and video generation USD 5, AI text USD 5, rendering 30 minutes, posts per day Instagram 2, YouTube 1 and TikTok 1, emails 10 per day, storage 1 GB and external spend SEK 0. A hard stop applies before further chargeable work. No overage or third-party purchase is charged to you, and no agent may buy advertising, streams or playlist placements under the beta.

2. What a beta means

3. Test access to channels

During the beta, Artistwing's apps with Meta, TikTok and Google run in development or test mode. We register you as a test user, and you accept any invitation, before you connect:

Access follows each platform's current rules. We do not get around those limits or promise public posting before the platform has approved it. You use your own accounts, and every external action needs your approval as described in the Terms of Service.

4. Feedback

Feedback is voluntary. You give Victoriny a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and adapt suggestions you choose to give, to improve the service. This does not transfer your music, media, personal data or confidential business material, and gives no right to use your name or endorsement publicly. We ask separately before publishing a testimonial. Personal data in feedback follows the Privacy Policy.

5. Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's non-public information that is marked confidential or reasonably understood to be so, with reasonable care and only for the beta. This includes unreleased music and non-public product and security information. Disclosure is allowed to advisers or authorised providers who need it and are bound by confidentiality, and where the law requires it. The duty does not cover information that is already lawfully known, independently developed, lawfully received from someone else or public without breach. Nothing prevents reporting concerns to authorities, getting legal advice or exercising consumer rights. The duty lasts three years after the beta; trade secrets stay protected as long as they qualify as such.

6. Ending the beta, export and liability

Either party may end your participation by email. Victoriny normally gives 14 days' notice when it ends the beta for everyone, without limiting urgent lawful restrictions under the Terms of Service. We then stop queued external actions and give you at least 30 days for a free, secure export. The Data Processing Agreement governs return and deletion of personal data. No paid plan starts without a new order.

For Business Customers, liability follows section 16 of the Terms of Service, including the minimum cap of SEK 10,000 and its exceptions; a free beta does not mean zero liability. Mandatory consumer rights apply in full where the beta falls within their scope.
