Delete your data

You can remove Artistwing's access to a platform yourself, and ask us to delete your data at any time. How long we keep data otherwise is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disconnect a platform

In your workspace, choose Disconnect next to the platform (Instagram and Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or Gmail). We stop using the access at once and revoke the token. For YouTube, the data we received is deleted within 7 days, as the Privacy Policy describes.

You can also remove Artistwing in the platform's own settings: in Facebook under Settings, Apps and websites; for Google at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; in TikTok under Settings, Security, Manage app permissions. Tell us at music@zebastianvictorin.com when you have done that, so we can delete the data we received from that platform.

Delete your account or workspace

Email music@zebastianvictorin.com from the address you use in Artistwing and say what you want deleted: your own account, or a whole workspace if you are its owner. We confirm the request, answer within one month as the GDPR requires, and tell you when the data has been deleted. A workspace's content can be exported first, as the Terms of Service describe.

Deleting data in Artistwing does not delete anything you have already published on a platform. Remove those posts on the platform itself.
